Explore #25: Father Hudson’s Society (St Gerards Hospital), Coleshill, Birmingham – December 2013

This was a quick explore with Dora P, squeezed in between visits to friends and family after Christmas. It was a revisit to the Father Hudson’s complex of buildings in Coleshill following our previous visit to St Mary’s nursing home in September 2013. Explores #24 and #24a (revisit): Sewing House, near Brandon, Norfolk – December 2013 and March 2014

Another abandoned house with a mysterious history. This was my first explore with my new camera (Canon 7D and 10-22mm lens combo), and whilst the explore itself was a really interesting one I was really unhappy with my shots, so these are the best of a bad bunch I’m afraid. Explore #23: Forge Cottage, Long Stratton, Norfolk – December 2013

I’d done a drive-by recce of this VERY derelict cottage on the way back from work a week or so previously, but hadn’t ventured in as I was in my suit!
