Late afternoon on day two was spent having a nice relaxed look around part of another derelict steelworks. Most of the building had been stripped out, but the reason for our visit was the rather gorgeous retro control room which still remained – sadly since our visit this too has been heavily damaged.

This explore was also memorable as our group was suprised mid-shoot by my longtime exploring buddies James and Jade, who had made a last-minute decision to pop over from England for a couple of days. As I had shared my plans with James they knew where to find us, and had even booked into the same hotel as us that night… suffice to say many many bottles of Jupiler and hip flasks were drained that night! 🙂
